Refund policy

If your order doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. Please get in contact with us if you need to make a return due to a change of heart, and we'll arrange it for you. If a customer changes their mind, they are responsible for paying for return shipping. Any refunds given will be for the product itself, not for the original shipping fees.

If not reported within 24 hours after receiving the products, claims for short deliveries and damaged/faulty goods will not be honoured.

If you received wrong item or wrong colour or wrong size, please inform us immidiately and send us the picture of the item you received, we will resolve the issue.

*Any orders that qualified for 'Free Shipping' at time of purchase will have the applicable postage costs originally paid by Gift Packaging deducted from the credit.
