How can I find out the delivery costs?

For Standard Delivery : $12

For Express Delivery : $18

 
Keep your tracking number handy and check on the status of your delivery, or sign up to get notified by the courier provider when the tracking status changes.
 
Once dispatched, like most standard couriers, our courier is unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

The PARROT team dispatches orders between 24 to 72 hours after the order confirmation. During peak periods, this dispatch timeframe might change, so we’ll post updates on our website. 

We’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Sometimes things don't go to plan. While these dispatch times are our standard, please note that unforeseen events such as pandemic restrictions or natural disasters can impact normal operations. We’ll notify our customers via our website and by email if an unexpected event delays dispatch times.

Which countries do you ship to outside of Australia? 

Our website does not currently offer international shipping, but we can do it! If you require international shipping, we can provide a customised freight quote.

Orders placed outside of Australia may incur import duties in the recipient country. You will need to pay the associated import duties and taxes required to clear customs in your country.
